Support Management in planning, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities and
meetings. * Acting as interpreter and providing management / parties with clear and exact of translation of
written materials, and interpretation of verbal communication. * Liable to draft, translate or proofread official letters and documents on behalf of Management
from Japanese to English/ Malay or vice versa. * Attend meetings internally and externally to record minutes and provide bilingual / trilingual
interpretation when needed. * Accountable to prepare meeting materials as well as monthly reports internally and externally
and follow up with respective departments for the materials. * Liaise with different parties internally and externally to follow up and ensure smooth business

Responsible to create and draft a new and renewal policy for company and submitted to Regional
HQ / Japan HQ for approval and enforcement of the policies. * To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of related documents and
procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by Company. * To update and revise new compliance based on Malaysian law and regulation and reporting to
Management and Regional HQ for enforcement. * To update necessary information requested by Regional HQ / Japan HQ within stipulated deadline.
To be working closely with other department and provide support when needed.
To carry out specific management duties / projects as assigned and handle any other ad-hoc
duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s Degree or above
Business level in Japanese, English and Malay
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Japanese and Malay
Japanese Proficiency: JLPT N2 and above
At least have 2-3 years of working experience
Experience serving Senior Executives in sizable companies
Smart, fast learning, logical thinking
Familiar with Japanese working culture
Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, good team player and well organized
Able to adapt to fast-paces and ad-hoc working environment
Able to go overseas business trip
Good PC skill (MS Outlook, Office, etc) as you are required to prepare presentation material and
