Normal Working Hours :830-1730(Mon-Fri)

Communicate with customers via email, chat, or other channels to capture and respond to feedback and inquiries

Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or concerns to ensure smooth daily operations

Prepare and share reports based on customer interaction records, highlighting key insights and suggestions

Collaborate closely with regional colleagues to align and improve CX efforts

Support with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team or management
