Your Role:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users in resolving technical issues, both remotely and in person.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or senior technicians when necessary.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and developments.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring users are informed about the status and progress of their requests.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
- Minimum Diploma from technical background
- Fluent in speaking and writing in Japanese min N3
- Can do attitude and team player
