Position Title Japanese Speaking Level 1 Agent
Industry Call Center/BPO/Shared Service
\xe3\x83\xbbSuccessfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user\'s contacts and proactive notification systems.
\xe3\x83\xbbRespond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).
\xe3\x83\xbbProactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
\xe3\x83\xbbEvaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
\xe3\x83\xbbArticulate clearly in writing and verbally.
\xe3\x83\xbbRepresent companying a face-to-face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
\xe3\x83\xbbEngages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients SLA demands are met.
\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop partnership with and assist the Sales Pursuit team.

Requirements \xe3\x83\xbb Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
\xe3\x83\xbb Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
\xe3\x83\xbb Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\xe3\x83\xbb Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
\xe3\x83\xbb Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
\xe3\x83\xbb Superior customer service skills.
\xe3\x83\xbb Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience and knowledge.
\xe3\x83\xbb Understand the customer to be an advocated for the customer.
