Our client is a new start up Halal food manufacturing well-established company from Japan. They are setting up new factory in Johor Bahru area.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the overall operations of the factory, including production, quality control, logistics, and maintenance.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, halal and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal).\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the setup and commissioning of the new factory, including coordination with suppliers, contractors, and government authorities.\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee resource allocation and manage labour, materials, and equipment to ensure timely production and delivery.\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing training and development to ensure high performance.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Japan teams to align production goals with overall business objectives.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure cost control measures are in place.JOB REQUIREMENTS
