As a Japanese Speaking Coordinator, you are required to:
- Process customer orders and delivery schedule
- Manage Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods and Invoice
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers on purchase and delivery
- Maintain and built customer relationship
Qualification:
- Minimum a Diploma in any field is required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least JLPT N3 and above and is able to communicate in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in any field.
- High competence in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good team player and able to work in minimal supervision.
