As a Japanese Speaking Coordinator, you are required to:
  • Process customer orders and delivery schedule
  • Manage Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Goods and Invoice
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and customers on purchase and delivery
  • Maintain and built customer relationship


Qualification:
  • Minimum a Diploma in any field is required


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least JLPT N3 and above and is able to communicate in Japanese (written and spoken).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in any field.
  • High competence in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good team player and able to work in minimal supervision.
