As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company\'s factories and subcontractors receive the required materials such as steel, paper, and copper at a competitive cost and on-time delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: . Understanding corporate policies and factory material procurement needs to plan and manage activities that meet the factories\' requirements. . Follow up on daily operations such as issuing Purchase Orders (POs), obtaining quotations from subcontractors, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials to factories. . Control the Production, Shipping, and Inventory (PSI) to ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet factories\' demands. . Follow up on the import and export logistics to ensure that the delivery of materials is on time to our subcontractors or factories. . Purchase materials from subcontractors and buy them back from factories at the correct quantity and price. . Identify opportunities for improvement by listening to customer feedback and reviewing data. Set mutually agreed targets and work towards achieving them. Requirements: . To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: . Good communication skills in Japanese (minimum N2), English, Mandarin, and Malay. . Basic knowledge of Excel, preferably with intermediate-level skills such as V-lookup. .
