Position: Japanese Speaking QA Executive Company Background: Japanese Manufacturing company Location: Shah Alam, Selangor Headcount:1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: . RM3,500-5,500 Responsibilities . Assist the Department Head in maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. . Support customer services with quality-related matters and communicate on customer complaints from China, Thailand, Singapore, and Japan. . Coordinate with internal and external personnel to understand quality needs and provide timely and effective support. . Review quality documents and procedures and confirm the effectiveness of any action taken. . Initiate and monitor corrective action plans for all quality issues and progress. . Prepare quality documentation and reports, including 8D reports and countermeasure reports. . Translate documents from English to Japanese and Malay and vice versa. . Monitor and analyze records of defects and failure rates. . Perform other duties as assigned by their superior. Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or Engineering. . Proven experience in a similar role. . Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable legal requirements. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. .
