Position: Japanese Speaking Sales Executive Cum Secretary

Client Background: Japanese Manufacturing

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Headcount:1

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration:

RM5,000-7,000 (basic salary)

Yearly Bonus (2 months salary)

Responsibilities:

Secretary to MD.

To handle secretarial support to MD, schedule meeting for corporate level staff / Top management staff.

To perform on spot translation for Japanese to English, English to Japanese for Japan management & Locals.

To coordinate communicate with Japanese VIP / Guest / Customer / authority.

To handle travel, flight ticket arrangement and accommodations for MD.

To lead / assist in Japanese related events / projects.

Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of MD, taking notes and recording minutes.

Performs additional related duties as assigned by MD.

Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Strong proficiency in Japanese (spoken & written) and good command of English (Mandarin speaker shall be added as advantage).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Diploma or Degree in any field. (Candidate without relevant education but with relevant experience shall be considered for an interview as well)

At least 3 years' experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduated/non experienced are also applicable.

Candidate with experience working as Japanese Speaking Personal Assistant or Secretary will be highly considered.
