Japanese Speaking Utilities & Facilities Manager
A leading provider of advanced film solutions is currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Utilities & Facilities Manager to join their esteemed organization.Key Responsibilities for Japanese Speaking Utilities & Facilities Manager
- Lead division morning briefing and assign task to subordinate
- Lead Engineering Weekly Progress Meeting
- Lead Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meeting
- Write Manager monthly report
- Write and update division weekly progress report
- Update and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity
- Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring
- Plan and manage yearly budget
- Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council
- Manage complaint and request from facilities end user
- Delegate section task and responsibility to sub-ordinate
- Involve in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment
- To coordinate staff training and hand-over for new facilities equipment introduction
- Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow
- Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping
- ERT Commander
- QMS ISO Committee member
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time
