We are looking for a 2nd level Technical Support Engineer to join the Japanese Support team , which provide products support to Japanese speaking corporate customers and partners. You will be communicating with multiple other level customer support and product expert in order to resolve any issues reported by customers. And as a representative of customers voice, you get the opportunity to influence in the improvement and development of our award-winning products.
You would be working according to Japanese business hours and follow the Japanese calendar. Your working hours would be on day shift work. Japanese operation hours is from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm (8 hours/day).
