Key responsibilities include:
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Research and analyze sales options
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Engage with potential clients enquiries acquired through all our channels (Facebook , Email , Hotline , etc) with an internal sales process.
• Talk to and convince potential clients who enquire about our p services.
• Be knowledgeable about all Jasper Lodge products and services.
• Update and maintain clients information in our clients management system.
Qualification and Skills Requirement:
• Team player.
• At least 1 years or more as a proven and experienced telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota online or over the phone.
• Self-motivated.
• Independent, organized and target oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• SPM/STPM/Diploma holders and above.
• Able to communicate well in English and Malay. Able to speak Mandarin is a PLUS.
