Our Client is listed on Bursa Malaysia and is a provider of end-to-end electronic payment (\xe2\x80\x9ce-Payment\xe2\x80\x9d) solutions for banks and financial institutions, merchants and card issuers with operations in Malaysia. They design and develop end-to-end Fintech Services and Non-Fintech Services. In line with company growth, they are seeking fresh graduates to those with up to 3 years\' experience in Java application support. Guidance and training are provided with a chance to be involved in exciting digitalization projects at the forefront of the industry! What You Will Do:-

• \xe2\x80\x8bCarry out monitoring and maintaining day to day operation and escalate reported fault/bug to developer/respective individual/team members.
• \xe2\x80\x8bProvide guidance to staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• \xe2\x80\x8bTo provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• \xe2\x80\x8bPerform trouble shooting by following diagrams and written instructions/SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) to resolve fault reported by Customer Service and Customer
• \xe2\x80\x8bTo support the roll-out of new applications and documentation and resolve fault/bug using programming skills.
• \xe2\x80\x8bTo respond within agreed, SLA (Service License Agreement) time limits to call-outs
• \xe2\x80\x8bWork closely with Customer Services/ Operation Team / Finance Team / Sales Team and Software

Developer Team What You Need:-

• \xe2\x80\x8bCandidate must possess at least bachelor\'s degree, Diploma or Professional certification in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
• \xe2\x80\x8bFresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply. Structured training & guidance is provided.
• \xe2\x80\x8bExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• \xe2\x80\x8bKnowledge in Java and SQL query is an advantage.
• \xe2\x80\x8bSelf-reliant, independent and a team-player, ensuring the support team aware of the deliverables and service levels.
• \xe2\x80\x8bWilling to work standby on night support (rotational weekly basis)

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00 pm
