Lenovo-PCCW is looking to expand our enterprise application team by hiring hardworking and enthusiastic Solution Developer. Our goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Our Solution Developer play a key role in determining the optimal use of the solution & related technologies in the customer environment. Your responsibility is to understand the customer\'s business requirements, design, and configure the desired solution along with an ability to scope the entire solution, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Report to team leader in a sizeable project team
• Implement software components according to the specifications and guidelines
• Be responsible for SDLC related tasks including, system development, code review, system and user testing, implementation and deployment of applications and software products
• Facilitating workshops and showcases with both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
• Working with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in software development
• Hands-on experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices and Oracle are essential
• Proficiency in ReactJS development is also desirable
• Development experience in financial systems and/or working experience in financial institutions will be an added advantage
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
