Java Developer (Junior / Senior / Lead)

About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for

multiple Java Developer positions

ranging from Junior (2+ years) to Senior/Specialist levels (5+ years). By applying to this single posting, you will be considered for over 20+ active roles with our top clients in the Technology and Financial sectors.

What You Will Do:



Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using

Java

and

Spring Boot

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable

Microservices

architectures. Optimize SQL queries and database performance (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Participate in the full SDLC, from requirement gathering to deployment and troubleshooting.

Who We Are Looking For:



Experience:

Minimum

2+ years

of professional Java development experience. (Senior roles require 5+ years).

Tech Stack:

Strong hands-on experience with

Spring Boot

is mandatory. Knowledge of

Spring Cloud

,

MyBatis

, or

Hibernate

is highly valued.

Database:

Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching tools (Redis).

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Distributed Systems, or Containerization (Docker/K8s).

Language Requirement:



Proficiency in English (Reading/Writing) is required.

Mandarin proficiency

is a

HUGE ADVANTAGE

(and mandatory for approximately 70% of our available roles).
