Experience 2 years - 5 years
Location - Kuala Lumpur (ONSITE)1. Understanding of object oriented design concepts
2. Competency in at least 1 programming language eg JAVA
3. Knowledge in full lifecycle application development or standard methodologies
4. Ability to work independently and long hours.
5. Problem solving capacity and communication skills.
6. Strong self-initiative, good analytical and interpersonal skills and good team player.
7. Good in managing priority and able to work independently under minimum supervision in a fast paced development cycles environment.Responsibilities1. To work closely with Senior Software Developer and System Analyst in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications
2. To prepare and document the program requirements and specifications
3. To research and document requirements of program users
4. To write, translate and code software programs and applications according to specifications
5. To run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, areas for improvement and general debugging
6. To develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
7. To receive guidance and direction from the senior software developer or system analyst
8. To perform other work related duties as assigned by SupervisorDuties1. Designing, coding, customizing and debugging applications in various software languages;
2. Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis;
3. Support, maintain and document software functionality;
4. Prepare system documentations including preparation of user / installation manual etc;5. Conduct unit testing and together with project team member to be involved in software system integration;
