JAVA developer Perform software development and maintenance functions for MY Evolution. Business Support Systems. Manage vendors and be able to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or make significant enhancements to existing software. You will be reporting to the Technical Manager of MY Evolution and work closely with others departmental member such as Customer Success Department. You will be responsible for supporting the development team and systems of the company. Required experience JAVA, MySQL, Oracle, Javascript, Soap, REST. Skills/Qualifications Computer Science / Engineering related Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience Knowledge of the common JAVA and their solutions. At least 2 years of professional or academic experience in developing. Familiarity with various databases and their declarative query languages Able to build out the required database structure by a simple Database schema Understanding the creation of web services using JSON/REST/XML. Candidates are able to communicate in English as the role requires candidates to communicate with colleagues Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN should be a plus Personal Skills Required Ability to work remotely with autonomy Able to multitask Ability to work well in a team environment. Good written and oral communication skills in English Able to present their thoughts/ideas in a concise and logical way
