Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for our group insurance system.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software solutions for the group insurance system
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Prepare technical design documents and provide guidance to the development team
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Proficiency in MVC and popular J2EE frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis
• Working experience with Maven for project management and build processes
• Familiarity with Restful services and API development
• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
• Strong technical problem investigation and solving skills
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Azure migration
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
