Title: Java Developer

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a software development team
Write code per technical specifications
Test to ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Analyse user requirements to determine how to translate into Java
Debug and resolving technical issues
Make recommendations to existing job infrastructure
Continually engage in Testers on resolving issues/bugs findings
Good in-code comment/documentation
Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
Personality: Positive working and can-do attitude, responsible and dedicated
Responsible for developing good quality coding for the new web application or system application
Build reusable code, libraries, and frameworks for future use

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Professional IT Certification, preferred
Min 5 years of experience developing JAVA application
Proficient Strut Framework 1.0/2.0
Spring Boot experience is plus
Expert level in Java programming
Experience in database management
Experience in Computer architecture
Ability to communicate effectively with a software development team on tight deadlines
Experienced in developing web applications (apps)
Able to work with minimal supervision
Individual who are optimistic, proactive, have good initiatives, passionate, and strives to achieve more as a team.
Must have strong knowledge in Java 1.4+, ORM technologies (Hibernate with JPA), Web Services (RESTFUL and SOAP), web technologies (HTML, CSS, database experience (SQL Server and Oracle).
Skills: Good understanding of Relational Database with SQL programming experience, familiar with Eclipse, ORM technologies (Hibernate with JPA), Scripting technology for JSP, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML, Web API, Web Service (SOAP or REST)
Proficient understandings of Version Control such as RTC, Github or Git.
Working experience or knowledge on React Js & node js is additional advantage
Sound knowledge on banking domain
Good working experience on weblogic/web sphere/JBOSS
Ability to trace Production issues/bugs.
