Job Description
Job Title: Java Developer
Primary Objective:
Provide application and implementation support for Leads Management System, to ensure the system availability as per agreed SLA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application and implementation support, as requirement from key system designer.
Work closely with application designer and solutions architect to ensure interfaces/program meet expected specifications.
Manage and resolve application issues
Manage production system SLA
Provide post-implementation support to the business users related to their areas of supports.
Mandatory Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, related to Leads Management Systems.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in Windows platform, Microsoft SQL Server and Java programming.
Processes good problem-solving skill, analytical mindset, adaptability and work independently
Knowledge of agile delivery
communication skill.
