This role seeks a detail-oriented Java developer (Min. 3 years experience) to develope and implement high-quality business applications, ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines. The position involves coding, technical design documentation, and guiding junior developers, while ensuring seamless communication with team members and stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

• Ensure technical designs and specifications are documented promptly, adhering to business requirements and project standards
• Complete business application coding within the project timeline
• Ensure that frontline development activities comply with System Development Guidelines and Standards
• Deliver high-quality frontline systems that meet system specifications and user needs
• Maintain continuous communication with team members, users, and vendors
• Stay informed about advancements in computer technology and their impact on the business environment

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Possesses strong analytical, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines
• Knowledgeable in Agile development with experience in SCRUM methodology
• Able to work independently

Technical skills required:

• Proficient in programming with Spring Boot (mandatory), Spring, and Java EE
• Strong experience in Oracle Database 11g or higher, and PLSQL
• Skilled in designing application integration security without using third-party software
• Experienced in troubleshooting JBOSS and Tomcat server environments
• Well-versed in JSON, RESTful APIs, and Web Services
• Familiar with Microservices Architecture design
• Experienced in developing high-volume, enterprise transactional applications with code sharing across multiple platforms, cross-browser compatibility, and full system integration
• Knowledge of Maven and CLI build scripts is advantageous
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jira and Jenkins is a plus
