As a Backend Developer, you will work in a global, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment you will participate in developing and maintaining back-end systems. What does the role involve Work within a project team that delivers high-quality products in an Agile delivery environment (SCRUM) Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements Deliver continuous improvement to technologies and processes in alignment with architecture team. Perform Root Cause Analysis for production issues, implement tactical and long-term fixes. High/Low Level Design - designing feature level solution, REST API Contract, Event Contracts as per pre-defined guidelines and specifications. Technical Planning and Tracking for timely Delivery and Quality. Ensure delivery as per agreed solution design/architecture and performance criteria. Mentor team members for their development and for excellence in delivery, processes and standards. Additionally, we offer you a wide range of benefits. What You Need Is Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in: - API development with GraphQL, service-oriented / event-driven architecture. Significant experience on Java, Spring. Nice to have: AWS (Lambda, SQS, ECS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Elasticsearch), Redis, GraphQL E-Commerce experience Strong communication skills in English. Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
