Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in
Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
. Expertise inMicroservices architecture
andRESTful API development
. Frontend experience withAngular / React / Vue.js
. Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
is an advantage. Knowledge ofinsurance domain systems/processes
preferred. Strong understanding ofAgile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
. Minimum5+ years of full-stack development experience
.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with focus on
Java-based back-end systems, microservices, and APIs
. Collaborate with business analysts and insurance domain experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Build, test, and deploy microservices that integrate with internal and external APIs. Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with insurance industry standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.Education
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
