We are looking for an experienced developer to manage change and implement projects on digital platforms within the financial services industry as an Assistant Manager. Mandatory Skill-set: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline; Experience in Node JS, TypeScript and front-end technologies; Minimum 3 years in application development using Java EE, Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, IOC, Spring batch, JPA/Hibernate; Solid experience Spring Boot, Spring MVC, IOC, Spring batch, Microservices architecture, JPA/Hibernate, Docker; Has worked with event-driven architecture with the use of Apache Kafka/ Confluent, AWS Event Bridge / Azure Event Grid; Proficient in Git operations, and test cases with the use of Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TDD, Spock and Azure Testing; Working experience with code quality and best practices tools; Experience with SQL Server or any other database; Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Desired Skill-set: Financial Services experience. Responsibilities: Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment; Analyze, design and develop mission critical business applications along with documentation; Put together workflow, help develop technical specifications and conduct feasibilities studies; Hands-on with coding and participate in complete Software Development Life cycle in development of applications; Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications; Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software ; Control the automated testing and give management feedback throughout the development process; Support system integration and testing from System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Maintain good communication and coordination with team members and users; Perform systems administration and daily IT operation tasks; Engage in the Agile Development Life Cycle; Deliver the solution using CI/CD pipeline.
