Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to complete development or enhancement request.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with business users and IT technicians to proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance project performance.

Contribute to the identification and development of new features and functionalities that meet evolving business needs.

Provide timely and effective technical support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of IT experience. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience, along with proven mentoring and leadership skills, may be considered for the Senior Analyst Programmer role.

Strong, hands-on experience in developing and deploying complex software applications using (but not limited to): Java 17, React (Next.js), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, JWT, OpenAPI, Redis, MariaDB, Docker, Linux.

Candidates with strong frontend development skills will be given priority. E.g. core frontend languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices will be an advantage.

Prior experience in government projects will be an advantage.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
