• Working collaboratively in an empowered, small, cross-functional team
• Experience working in an agile development environment (e.g. TDD, Agile, pair programming, etc.)
• A passion for code quality proven by detailed testing
• A desire to be hands-on in designing and writing code
• Curiosity and internal motivation to constantly improve

Key qualifications include

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficient in Core Java
• Familiarity with key software development practices including Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, and Unit Testing
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles
• Experience with Agile development practices
• Knowledge of Web services, particularly REST
• Familiarity with Cloud Services, with a bonus for experience in AWS
