Job description

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design through development, implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
• Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Vendor teams.
• Promoting technical innovation to enhance the functional and technical capabilities of the platform.
• Developing frameworks for configuration, reducing the need for individualized coding for each component.
• Enforcing adherence to development, configuration management, and deployment standards.
• Leading multi-vendor teams to achieve successful solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams and overseeing the implementation of large-scale projects.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in systems development, including prior involvement in coding, development of functional and technical specifications, systems development, and testing.
• Proficiency in coordinating deployment and troubleshooting deployment issues as well as performing code reviews.
• Strong exposure to a wide range of technologies, including BMC Control M, Oracle Wallet, PPRC, Data Guard, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, IBM MQ, Apache, HTTP, Kerberos, HDFS, HBase, and Hive.
• An advantageous background in Branch Teller systems or Branch Operations.
