• Recognized degree in Finance/Accountancy, MBA and/or Professional Qualification ACCA / CIMA/MICPA or equivalent.
• Familiar with Malaysia IFRS, Custom and Sales & Service Tax (SST).
• Min 3 years applicable experience in financial reporting/costing and
• manufacturing accounting for manufacturing industry.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure in using an Oracle system is preferred.
• Some traveling to EPM\xe2\x80\x99s factories and sites may be required.

Vacancy 1: Responsibilities: Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable (AR) process including maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions and ensure they are properly recorded in the accounting system. Description

• Generate invoices for clients and customers on a regular basis.
• Process payments and allocate them to the appropriate customer accounts in Oracle system.
• Revenue reconciliation between delivery and project certification.
• Intercompany sales reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Reconciliation AR related balance sheet items such as deposits, advance payment, retention, bad debts provision and AR clearing accounts on monthly basis.
• Prepare and issue monthly reports on accounts receivable aging & relevant reports.
• Update audit schedules and attend to all audit requirements related to AR.
• Handle bi-monthly submission of Sales & Service Tax (SST).
• Process adjustments, write-offs, bank charges, discounts.
• Maintain customer master files in Oracle system.
• Investigate and resolve problems related to AR.
• Work with internal team whenever any initiatives or issue in Oracle system.
• Handle bi-monthly submission of Sales & Service Tax (SST).
• Backup teammate when needed.
• Other duties include maintaining Fixed Assets records and conducting fixed assets tagging.

Vacancy 2: Responsibilities: Month End Closing & Costing Process

• Month end closing process \xe2\x80\x93 Work Order closing, stock transfer between factories, sub-con piecemeal/labour, site cost, mould cost, Closed project management (include Cast in items adjustment, project specific left-over stock, provision/accrual in the book), production volume, gain/loss of rebar, wiremesh & rebar tightening labour cost, production wastage, design cost, cost allocation, NRV for loss making projects.

Inventory Management Operate Inventory Management and Controls systems of the business

• Assist in plan & organizing yearly stock take, quarterly stock take, monthly cycle count and reconciliation.
• Stock take Reconciliation and adjustment in ERP.
• Resolve the daily ERP issues \xe2\x80\x93 solving work order issue and inventory related issues, inventory adjustment due to error & etc.
• Maintain the ERP system \xe2\x80\x93 item code creation, VO code creation, design cost reclassification and etc.
• Adhoc Inventory analysis.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Ensure timely review and preparations of all adhoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports as assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and statutory requirements applicable to the Company; and support all financial initiatives to drive growth and compliance from time to time.
• Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation for inventory related on a timely manner and ensure accuracy of the entries are recorded and classified correctly.
