Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate. - Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.
- Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad.
- Analytical and objective driven personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and costing would be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
