Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure quality assurance and quality control in all phases of construction projects, which interfaces with its multidisciplinary operations.
• Responsible for QA/QC documents including job safety environmental analysis, calibration, inspection requests, site observations, non-compliance reports, inspection test plan, test results and other important QA/QC documents.
• Perform risk assessment and inspection on all procedures and ensure high standards of delivery for all processes.
• Review quality of construction materials at site and ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications and regulations.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise project teams on the implementation of QA/QC programs and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Review work methods by actively monitoring on continuous application of processes and recommend corrective actions whenever it is necessary.
• Track project progress and report on project status to project management and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, such as progress reports, QA/QC reports and risk management reports.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on quality control issues and recommend solutions
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities on quality related matters.

• Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.

• Experience: 5 years of working experience in construction related fields would be added advantage.
