Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to ensure client premises are secure
Supervise and monitor on-duty security guards (including Nepali personnel)
Provide on-the-job training and discipline guidance for guards
Prepare daily reports and incident documentation
Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs and safety procedures
Handle emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or clients when required
Requirements:
Malaysian Citizen (Male), age 25-45 years
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
At least
2 years of experience
in security / enforcement / military / police background preferred
Possess own transport and valid driving licence (motorcycle/car)
Physically fit, responsible, and able to work shifts
Able to communicate with Nepali guards
(basic English or Nepali language skills is an advantage)
Good leadership and teamwork skills
