RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Monitor daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements.
Carry out patrol duties at car park area and resolve conflict where it arises.
Respond to enquiries from and provide assistance to the public.
Check from time to time parking area to ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles.
Help security to control the traffic to avoid any congestion in the parking area if necessary.
Assist big vehicles entry to and exit from parking area.
Respond immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, antisocial behavior, and / or unauthorized access and resolve all issues.
Report any irregular occurrences such as damage of property.
Ensure a safe, hazard free, tidy clean and organized parking environment.
