Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Prepare and update documents, reports, and letters as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.
Maintain and update employee and office records in an organized manner.
Assist in the preparation of company memos, notices, and meeting minutes.
Office Management
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) are in good working condition and arrange servicing when necessary.
Handle courier, postage, and dispatch arrangements.
HR & Operational Support
Assist in HR documentation such as leave applications, attendance records, and staff claims.
Support onboarding activities for new employees (e.g., preparing forms, uniform, etc.).
Coordinate with other departments on administrative needs.
Update staff contact lists and internal directories.
Other Duties
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the management or immediate superior.
