Join JJIM's Commercial (Primary Care) team as a Protege Trainee in a dynamic 12-month development program designed to build foundational skills in customer service, sales operations, and marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and prepare for a future career in sales within the healthcare industry.


Reporting to the Sales & Marketing (Primary Care) and New Product Development Manager, the Protege will play a key role in supporting business operations and engaging with healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring prompt and professional customer service. Manage and raise medical enquiries from customers to the internal medical team, ensuring timely resolution. Generate and distribute daily and monthly sales reports to relevant partners. Support the submission, review, and approval process for promotional materials. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide operational support for marketing activities, events, and product launches. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operations. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively. Proactive and self-motivated great teammate with a strong sense of ownership. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Analytical attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial environment.
