Primary Objective:
To support the team leader and manager to execute mandates in a timely and efficient manner
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the team wherever and whenever required to ensure mandates are executed efficiently
- To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
- To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
- To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements
- To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with Degree / Professional qualification preferably in Law, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA holders and CFA chartered holders are preferred.\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the similar industry would be an advantage\xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good analytical skills with strong interest in the Investment Banking industry..
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Investment Banking industry, legal or auditing.

- Driven and passionate of his/her profession
- Strong interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of the capital market\xe2\x80\x99s rules, requirements and regulations
