Our client is looking for an Admin to support the Online Sales Executive in achieving sales targets and driving overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive and motivated, demonstrating a strong commitment to consistently meet and exceed performance goals. This role involves following up with customers to ensure the successful completion of installment plan applications while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer support.

Skills & Qualifications

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply! Clear and professional verbal and written communication to follow up with customers effectively. Ability to build rapport, address queries, and guide customers through processes. Understanding of sales targets and ability to assist in achieving revenue goals. Efficiently manage follow-ups, track applications, and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and office software.

Working Days & Time:

6 Days (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Language Requirements:

English & Bahasa Melayu. (Mandarin will be added advantage)

Salary:

RM2,000 - RM3,000

Annual Leave:

14 Days

Public Holiday:

13 Days (Replacement Holiday is entitled if working on Holiday)

RM200

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
