About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly competent

Senior Account Executive

to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, preparing accurate financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full set of accounts in an accurate and timely manner Prepare monthly management reports and perform detailed financial analysis Conduct monthly bank reconciliations Perform monthly stock variance, scrap analysis, and reconciliation Prepare monthly stock revaluation reports Maintain and update fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and conduct fixed asset tagging Prepare quarterly corporate tax computations for management review Handle SST exemption applications and renewals with local authorities Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with statutory regulations and deadlines Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities Undertake any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, highly organized, independent, and proactive Excellent command of English with strong communication and presentation skills

Additional Information

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Proficiency in Chinese, Malay, and English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
