Job Description

Our client is seeking a

Senior Account Executive

to oversee the company's complete set of accounts and ensure all financial activities comply with accounting standards and internal policies. This role involves preparing statutory financial reports, coordinating with external auditors, managing daily accounting functions, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. You will also contribute to the company's ISO Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives and assist Management with related financial and administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of company accounts. Prepare and maintain financial records in accordance with accepted accounting principles and company policies. Compile statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors during audits. Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including banking and financial transactions. Ensure timely updates and reconciliations of all accounting data within the accounting system. Organize and maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records. Support the implementation and continual improvement of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS). Undertake any additional assignments or tasks as directed by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

. At least

3 years of experience

in a similar accounting role. Proficient in

Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

(spoken and written).

Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
