We're on the hunt for a

Finance & Billing Executive

(a.k.a. our behind-the-scenes money maestro) to help us stay on top of invoices and trust deposits. You'll be part of the engine that keeps the firm running smoothly -- and we promise, you won't need to wear a suit.

What You'll Be Doing :


You main scope of responsibilities will largely be to perform data entry into

CoreMatter

that includes creating matter, creating clients, creating activity, issuing trust receipts, disbursement expenses and vouchers, and trust payment.

Besides this, you'll be required to perform

Invoice Follow-Ups


- Send payment reminders to clients who "just need a little nudge" via email & WhatsApp
- Track overdue payments and escalate if things get too quiet
- Use our templates to keep things polite but firm

Trust Deposit Coordination


- When clients say "we're in!", send them payment details
- Confirm receipt and share trust receipts
- Update our trusty Google Sheet (aka the vault of truth)

Weekly Reporting


- Tell us how we're doing: what's paid, what's pending, and who needs a little love
- Keep the finance team in the loop with a weekly roundup

Tools You'll Use:



CoreMatter, a legal accounting software system (don't worry, we'll teach you!) Google Sheets WhatsApp Web Email templates (already written -- just copy, paste, and personalize!) Optional cool stuff: n8n + Twilio if you're into automation

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Good vibes and communication skills -- friendly yet firm Comfortable working independently and remotely

Location:



You'll be working remotely (offsite) as our VA (virtual assistant) team member.



Working Hours:



Preferably between Monday - Friday, 6pm - 10pm, and also between Saturday and Sunday (flexi hours), spending between 3 to 4 hours daily, after office hours.
