Job Description

Production Planner and scheduler

- Monitor to ensure jobs are being carried out in a timely and efficient manner and completed within the specified period and update on time delivery KPI monthly including the production planning and delivery schedule board and the database in the CRM system.

- To organize work schedules/job orders for incoming and outgoing goods effectively to respective operator/machinist to operation at all times.

- To arrange the daily delivery of goods for lorry driver effectively.

- To carry out any other duties as instructed by the Factory Manager or Operations Supervisor, when required.

- Assist on the production handling activities such as receiving materials and goods, loading & unloading, snap photo (before & after), packing and labeling, handling of scrap materials & etc.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.

- Maintains reccords of scheduled maintenance procedures.

- To comply ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Skills or experience requirements:

- Good and effective communication in English or Malay.

- Have strong discipline in planning daily production schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
