We are recruiting candidates for a manager position in conjunction with the opening of our new store in Johor Bahru. Successful candidates will start as Supervisors or Pre-Supervisors, with the potential for promotion to Manager after completing training.\xe3\x83\xbbPerform duties in both the floor and kitchen at a level that sets an example for other employees.
\xe3\x83\xbbOversee on-site operations.
\xe3\x83\xbbEducate on-site employees on the thorough implementation of company rules.
\xe3\x83\xbbHandle customer complaints.
\xe3\x83\xbbEnsure the team members to all customers are welcomed with clear-greeting and well-guiding to the seat in a courteous and polite manner.
\xe3\x83\xbbGuide the team with a good quality (Added-Value) service delivery to customers, outlet environment cleanliness and brightness, team members are in the proper appearance and posture in company natural.
Salary 2800~3000 (RM)
Location Johor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 F&B working experience is preferred.
\xe2\x9c\x93Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
\xe2\x9c\x93Able to build trust and good relationship with all level people.
\xe2\x9c\x93The candidates are ambitious and aspire to become Managers.
\xe2\x9c\x93Candidates who are currently residing in KL and plan to return to Johor, or those who are already in Johor and can undergo training in KL for 3 to 4 months before returning to Johor at the time of the opening, are welcome.\xe2\x80\xbbDuring the training period in KL, the company is considering arranging accommodations via Airbnb.
