  • Able to read Traditional Chinese characters.
  • Strong communication, typing, and multitasking skills.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work in shift rotations / weekends / public holidays (if applicable).
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails regarding inquiries, complaints, comments, and feedback related to the company's products/services.
  • Deliver professional customer service by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues effectively and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve KPI and SLA targets.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
