Application conditions:
Must have at least SPM Diploma or above
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and companies with no experience will provide training (paid training)
Able to communicate/handwrite in both Chinese and English - most of the jobs are in Chinese
Must be able to type traditional Chinese characters*

Responsibilities
Chinese online customer service specialist - (can communicate in both Chinese and English)
Basic base salary: RM3000
Working hours: 9 hours shift system - 1 hour break (2 working 5 days / 2 weeks working 6 days)
Working location: JB Medini / Ara Damansara, Petaling
Work content:
-Answer calls/provide solutions to customers to calm down their anger
- No sales required, only customer service
Benefits

Evening allowance: RM300
Work standard extra allowance: RM400 maximum limit
