We're looking for someone with journalism experience to

investigate and uncover news and stories about Malaysia's real estate

-- visiting sites, speaking with stakeholders, and sharing timely market insights.

This is

not a typical desk job

. You'll be

asking questions, meeting people, and creating engaging content that's both fun and valuable to the public

.

What You'll Do:

Investigate stories and uncover interesting developments in Malaysia's real estate scene. Visit sites, meet stakeholders, and ask questions to understand challenges and opportunities. Identify patterns, insights, and emerging trends in the property market. Share findings and insights in a way that's clear, engaging, and valuable to the public. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop stories that inform, educate, and entertain.

Requirements:

Experience in journalism, reporting, research, or storytelling. Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions and meeting people on-site. Basic understanding or interest in real estate/property is helpful. Excellent command of

English

and strong communication skills. Passion for uncovering stories and creating content that is both fun and valuable. Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Work Arrangement:

Full-time,

5 working days per week

Mix of office-based work and on-site visit

Pay:

RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
