Job Description

Document Handling & Submission



Submit and collect documents at JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and other government agencies. Handle applications such as vehicle registration, road tax renewal, etc. Ensure all forms are properly completed and signed before submission.

Vehicle Management & Inspection



Send vehicles for PUSPAKOM inspection and collect inspection reports. Ensure all vehicle documentation is compliant with JPJ requirements.
Ad Hoc Tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent. Experience in despatch, courier, or handling JPJ/PUSPAKOM matters is an added advantage. Must possess a valid motorcycle (Class B/B2) and car driving license (Class D). Possess own transport and are able to travel frequently. Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual. Strong sense of confidentiality when handling company documents. Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
