Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to an efficient order-to-billing process We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you thrive in an international environment and are dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency, this role is perfect for you! Your Tasks Efficiently create and maintain master data of customer and material in relevant system. Receive request from unit responsible:- Business unit on market from APAC countries will request to create and maintain master data of customer and material. Verify request (eg; duplicate, sufficient information, etc). Based on excellent understanding of system process and data governance, proceed maintenance on system (eg; SAP, other system modules). SharePoint basic development. Power Automate flow creation & maintenance. PowerApps implementation on SharePoint form. Proceed request via SharePoint on system procedure. Consulting the stakeholders:- Work closely with relevant parties (eg; producing unit, Finance, logistics) to ensure service delivery time and quality. What You Need To Succeed Fluent in English (written and spoken). Basic knowledge in MS Office skills. Data maintenance experience preferred. Diploma/Bachelor/Certificate in Information System / Data Management. SharePoint and SAP experience would be a plus. Good focus on details. Experience on similar position will be an asset.
