JR ENGINEER (PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Quality)

JOB PRINCIPLE

Outstanding leadership, communication and organizational skills that enhance service delivery and efficiency in overall company performance. Bringing expertise in collaborating with project team members, utilizing proficiency in coordinating activities of team, and facilitating project team related related meetings to execute assigned work.

JOB PURPOSE

Develop project objectives and determines project specifications by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements. Develop technical studies and prepare cost estimation by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Involve in product, tool and equipment design discussion with maker from conceptual design, design specification and final improvement. Actively participate in APQP activities (DFMEA, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc) as required. Develop and maintain effective FMEAs and Control Plan
QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 0-2 years of experience in related field. Good knowledge of Design & Simulation, Project Management & Quality Management. A methodical approach to work Excellent analytical skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
