Job Description

JOB SCOPE:



Assist and work closely with Operation Manager (OM) to deliver better smooth of operations for each projects. Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operations - Perform risk assessment at site . Compile and analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for operation process improvement. Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery. Review daily ongoing job reports for submission to management - reporting to OM. Represent company's site visit for any new projects participation Keep track of stock & supplies of materials and equipment & implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment - Consumable & Machineries. Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve ongoing operations - machineries. "Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff - Assist & give guidance to Supervisor at sites." Ensure that budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations - budget for subcon, grass mover oil & etc must be tally with OM's budgeted. Raise requests for purchases as required within agreed limits and ensure contractual payments are follow up - Work closely with Purchasing Team in terms of monthly order supplies.

QUALIFICATION:



1. Education



Diploma/Certificate/Bachelor's degree in Operation Management or related fields.

2. Experience



Minimum 2 years of working experience. Experience in handling various projects. Experience in corporate or fast-paced environments preferred.

3. Skills



Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools. Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

4. Personal Attributes



High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the executive's needs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

5. Languages



Proficiency in English and Bahasa (written and spoken); additional language skills are advantageous.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
