• Responsible for the company to achieve its target presence & revenue stream form the Hotels & Commercial Establishments.
• To ensure that there will be an optimum coverage of Commercial Establishment & Hotel.
• Responsible to draw policies & guidelines in ensuring all genuine sales orders are converted into revenue generation accounts in the quickest way within set financial returns.
• Responsible to develop & enforce policies in ensuring that the Division delivers as per Company objectives.
• Responsible to ensure that pricing guidelines are followed and implemented as per policy.
• Responsible to continuously review business process requirements to improve productivity & efficiency, thus contributing to lower operation cost.
• Responsible to draw policies to ensure that commercial establishment and hotels face minimum interruption in the event of a faulty DMS or SMATV system by providing efficient technical support & after sales service from manufacturers / service providers to avoid loss of revenue & customer complain.
• Responsible to draw guidelines & policies & ensuring that these policies are enforced in the management of illegal commercial establishments.

• Degree or professional qualification in any relevant field.
• Have sales planning, sales management, strategic planning, budgeting, designing sales comm., cost management experience & knowledge
• Process oriented and problem resolution skills coupled with strong customer service requirement
• Strong ability to build working relationships with other departments and with a variety of business partners.
• A strong network of contacts and relationships in the hospitality and commercial sector is an added advantage
• Strong Leadership, Role model, & Motivator Good interpersonal & organization skills. Good time management & has strong follow through abilities
