Job Scope:
Maintain accurate financial records including income, expenses, and cash flow.
Monitor and track account performance and sales.
Record and reconcile daily transactions from tour bookings, ticket sales, and other services.
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records on a regular basis.
Track credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare monthly report on sales performance and status of ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a related role.
Basic knowledge of HR practices is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
